I noticed that some of the skills that the legendary items boost are not found anywhere in the game.
For example, got a legacy "+1% ents go to war base damage" but when googling for the skill it says this skill is obtained by completing the "of leaf and twig" book and getting a trait. I didn't get any traits when completing them books, I got a trait point.
Are some of the skills remnants from the pre-HD game?
If so, could these LI legacies be updated to reflect the skills in the game after the HD expansion?
