It appears now that the only way to acquire dye recipes is to buy the book for that level or for them to drop, which they rarely do.
This stinks!!
I do NOT want to have to buy a whole book of recipes, most of which I already have, to get one stinking dye recipe. If you are not going to have the individual recipes on the store then put them on the scholar vendors, like tier 1 is already.
