Whole PVE game needs a re balance

In my mind there have been so many changes to classes and their abilities the characters are out of balance with the landscape mobs and even the Epic line. I play all classes except the burglar, and any of my characters can take on orange or even red mobs and expect to win, one on one. The quests need to be re colored with orange being the new white, to produce a more challenging experience. I get to Eregion, or Dimrill Dale, at a level there are no quests for me. I have to wander around killing just to level before I can pick up the first quests, or go back to a previous area. This seems to be the case for most if not all classes. I should say I am a soloist, but have mostly dropped armour, but do have crafted weapons.
Love the game and played from inception, so yes I know a bit about the landscape and how to defeat mobs, but easy is no fun.....
