First off, I just wanted to say that I did search the forum for the answer to my question. I am sorry if this question has been answered before, but several years ago, before this game went FTP, I had a paid account, bought the Mines of Moria expac, I had several characters on various servers. I stopped playing for a few years, I can back maybe 6 months ago, I logged into the same account I was using before, the Upgraded Subscription account, but all my characters appear to have been deleted. As far as I know, my account has never been hacked. Does Turbine purge/delete characters after a few year of inactivity. I did a google search on one of my character's names and I see some posts I made in this forum years ago under that character, McGeezaks.
