What happened to Evendim stone giants?

i've been questing in Evendim, Amon Môth, when i saw these strange looking giants!


missing face, mixed up textures, transparent holes in body.. it's certainly not how i remember them :-I



..perhaps it's how plastic surgery use to turn out sometimes, and this is some kind of bug, or you guys think something might be wrong on my end?
has anyone seen these giants in this form recently?
