So my captain won a hobby horse during the Winter festival. I hadn't played him for awhile, but was doing some crafting with him today. The hobby horse was greyed out when I tried to use it, and the tooltip read "Not usable in this area" (which happened to be the Enedwaith). So what gives? Why can't he ride the thing around now?
