U10 Instance art assets, placeholders, or as is on live?

So now that the new instances are out, does this video accurately show the art assets? or were these placeholders and new art assets were added?



I am curious before purchasing, if Dale still looks just like Bree & the bulk of the assets are just reused from other regions?

Is the bridge still the Brandywine copy? etc.
