So what I did was level my warden up to 26, was deeding, then remembered the epics so I finished the prologue which sent me to Barliman butter where it was supposed to continue, right? I think that's where the quest starts, and I can't for some reason, no ring there to indicate a quest, I clicked him, nothing, just normal npc stuff. Do I start it somewhere else? Is it a bug?
