FYI -- survey issue

I cancelled my VIP status today -- tired of paying for broken product, snarky GMs, and no accountability from Turbine -- and was asked to do an exit survey. The survey doesn't load, and eventually dump me to the survey company general website. No error message or anything. Tried opening the link in three different browsers.

Have to admit, the irony of getting a non-functional exit survey when leaving the game because of broken/buggy content was pretty much worth not getting to leave feedback.

Anyway, there, reported the bug. Carry on.
