I'll pick some of the highlights important to me in the release notes:
Skirmish Camp
1. These changes sound fantastic. And I'm thrilled that you are adding lvl 65 and 75 1st ages to skirmish camp.
2. The change to the costs of items is also a wonderful idea.
3. The idea of requiring 1 seal for bartering a 2nd age inside skirmish camp is a great idea. Whoever came up with it has my thanks.
Eaves of Fangorn
1. The cost reductions and reduced cool-downs for the quests are sorely needed now that it is old content and very welcome.
2. I see no mention of a fix to the Fangorn map missing from in game.
Tarlang's Crown
The tech you used to scale re-spawn rates according to group size is really neat, I hope this will be used in other places in the future. I would quest with kin mates on landscape more often if a mob changed depending on how many of you are in a group on a pull, maybe add to the tech by letting mobs scale difficulty if a group pulls them instead of a solo player on a solo quest? The fellowship could opt in or out of this feature to keep things easy if they desired, or challenging if that is what they seek.

It also seems like you will keep the mob difficulty high enough where this will still mostly be a 6-man area. Thank you for that as well.
Ettenmoors
The change to defilers sounds like a really great way to bring balance back. I may actually go back to the moors again now. I hated that it was impossible (for me at least) and many of my 100s to kill a defiler.
Dol Amroth - Training Exercise

It would have been better to keep the quests that are on cool-down on cool-down, while forcing the instance to choose quests NOT on cool-down. This would help us immensely clear the deed log without having to wait possibly WEEKS to finish a quest deed like we had to during RoR.
