Can anyone confirm/deny that the Tier 2 3-set bonus (+2% incoming damage for Small Snag/Quite a Snag) for this set does work. I know that the lesser version the bonus is bugged (i have 5 pieces and yet it does nothing) and I have /bugged it a time or two a few months back.
