So I just opened my launcher, and the little news box on the right that usually says "Save 20%" or "Meet Elrond in fashion", the first news thing is in Spanish or something, saying "Ne perdez pas de tempz!", but the one underneath is normal English, saying "Make haste! 20% off milestone skills". And those are the only 2 little news things on my launcher as well. Whereas last week I had a few more like "Maintenance" and other promotions. And yes, my launcher is set to English.
