Turbine Explain the Maintenance's please!

I get server/hardware upgrade and maintenance are needed, but one a week? Explain it to us please because with all the *maintenance* work that has been going on over the last month or so the server and stability issues are still there. Server lag is still ####, login disconnects are still happening, server hiccups are still there and other stuff. If you gonna keep dropping the game for 5+hrs for *maintenance* at least do it for real so it fixes the ###### lag on your end. If its just a lame game/all server reboot it doesn't have to last 5+hrs.

I wanna know why all the downtime and yet no fixes to anything, game, lag, stability esc...
