People are going to get upset and want answers, especially those who understand how things work, about down times. To who ever is speaking for the game on Turbines behalf you could learn some tact and civility.

I cant comment on your FB because obviously you don't like when I call you on things but that's fine. This here though is pretty rude. There are plenty of people who play and work in many areas of IT and understand full well what it takes to run and manage things and its pretty lame to assume people don't know.
