Question/Concern about game load time.

I was wondering if anyone knew why the game takes so long to load.

I'm running an Intel i7 processor and running the game from an SSD drive, and my initial game load time still exceeds 1 min. I have tried moving the game to a HDD and I saw no difference, which leads me to believe that it is the game.

Has anyone else encountered this, or better yet, is there a way to fix this?
