Missing Codes, Emails and Steeds from Extra life 2013 - Now that "ALL" emails have been sent out

Further to the closed thread which stated all emails have been sent out.

I still haven't received any emails, correspondence, replies to PMs from Sapience, despite making noise about it in threads.

I guess the guys who make the noise by banging their heads against brick walls are the ones which get ignored first.
