I've been farming eastemnet and wildemore warbands for a few days now trying to get one of these items to drop. I had no problems with them being a rare drop, but then i noticed a "that item no longer exists" error message when i opened a box from a wold boss. It dawned on me that I might be hunting for an item that is no longer in the game. Has anyone gotten one of these things recently?
