I have a cosmetic item which can be held in hand or off-hand (so it's described). But opening cosmetic outfit 2 which I am currently wearing, I can't equip it. At the right column at the top there is hand slot and it's empty, but when dragging the cosmetic to this slot it says in red that the item cannot be equipped here. I have other items equipped.
