As the previous thread on this was just closed WITHOUT ANY UPDATE, I am opening a new one.
Sapience, some time and care has been taken to close that thread without any update from yourself in answering the LONG-STANDING issue of missing emails, missing codes. Members of ths LOTRO community have been totally ignored when asking on multiple occasions for an update on an issue which surrounds real world money. This thread is then closed without ANY warning, with no update on the subject. So someone has taken the time to close the thread, but not to actually answer the community on the issues which still remain?
OK, to ask again then:
Sapience, will you please update the community as to the status of the missing emails, missing codes.
