I have read many posts stating there is no challenge in the game any more. Some will agree with this. Others will disagree.
My question is: Is the challenge vs reward okay?
I, personally, think the game is too easy. I would, however, not really like them to just say, ''Ho hum, mobs do 50% more damage.'' and call it a day. I feel the challenge vs reward is okay. So, what do I mean? I think the game is too easy - I also think there is no place in the game to go seeking "good" equipment. Everyone in the game has the same equipment - the 'farmer' - the 'hard core raider' - the 'alt' - the 'play-once-a-week' player.
Is this okay? Maybe it is. It is really easy to make everything easy - all the equipment the same - and it all balances. My only issue is, where do we go from here? Where is the 'next level' of difficulty when this is not a challenge? Where is the 'next level of reward' to work toward?
