I'm not sure where else to post this but I have an issue with my characters. I have lost their crafting experience/level. I know for a fact that I was critting gear at Journeyman for my Champion Jeweler and I had Journeyman for Prospector too and the only thing not reset to 0/200 Apprentice is the Cooking skill. My other characters have all taken a big hit in their crafting as well and I'm not going to redo all that crafting on 5 characters because it's a pain. I've sent in a ticket (I accidentally said bug report before) and no one is even replying to me and it's been a week.
I never changed crafts nor did I delete the character and remake one with the same name. I have jewelry I critted and ingots too (silver) that I created with the Champion as evidence I could crit before. Some of the gear I made is missing too on characters that had it equipped.
Can someone help me out here? Has this happened to anyone else?

PS The characters affected are on Landroval and Windfola servers.
