Aldburg Crafting Hall > Aldburg dueling center?

I don't mind if people want to duel a bit. Sure thing. But it gets really irritating (not to mention laggy, depending on how many are doing it and what kind of visual special effects their class uses) when 8+ people spend over 30 solid minutes dueling inside a very small space.

That's how it was tonight on Riddermark. I went into the craft hall and they were already dueling. When they showed signs of continuing the duels, I asked politely in /say if they would mind taking that outside. They responded saying that I could always find another crafting location. I pointed out that the key word there was "crafting" location. Not dueling location. They ignored that and proceeded to duel for well over half an hour. I did the math. It took me almost 30 minutes to turn a few hundred ores into 237 ingots (plus time spend turning the bits of pure ore into high-grade skarn and the time spend repairing tools, using the vault-keeper, etc.

Obviously the immediate way for me personally to solve it is to go elsewhere. But this isn't the first day that this dueling has gone on, and dueling is not the purpose of the crafting hall. It is disruptive and rude to duel that long in one place, especially after being asked if they could just exit the craft hall. The Aldburg craft hall is the only fully outfitted (LI people, crafting facilities, vault-keeper, auctioneer, vendor, mailbox, crafting guilds) building in the entire Westemnet. Even the Snowbourn craft hall didn't have that much (the LI people were down the street). And the building is very small.

Is there any other solution if this continues to be an issue? Has anyone ever encountered this before? After they ignored my request, I went ahead with my crafting and didn't say another word to them. Just grit my teeth and bore it. But is this perhaps something a GM could deal with? Usually I just ignore this sort of behavior (like the time someone put a festival emote on me while I was trying to restock the tower for the Eaworth Hytbold quest), but that's also because its normally an isolated incident.

It's not like they were harassing me personally, or really harassing anyone in general. But it was a public disruption. Turbine has finally given us the option to have festival emotes turned off so that other people can't use them on us (I don't use that function because usually the only time people use it is during a festival, and then I just try to play nice and let them have fun and get into the spirit of things). And if a group of musicians were playing their instruments together as a sort of semi-official show (I think Landroval, for example, has a lot of musicians) and some person or persons disrupts the show, isn't that some form of harassment? Most people use craft halls to craft (or use any of the other facilities that Turbine provided to them at that location). Not to engage in completely different activities. It's bad enough when people decide to spam emotes in a small area. But at least those are restricted mostly to the chatbox and can be filtered out (unless the emotes involve audio or visual movements of the characters). Dueling is even worse.
