House storage

I have 60 spaces in house chests but it is stuck on the "waiting to retrieve your items and capacity from server" screen.
One of my Kin tried theirs and it took a few minutes but it worked for them. I have been waiting about 15 minutes now and nothing has changed. I have re-logged and still nothing.
Is anyone else having a similar problem?
