Once again lotro staff come through with the goods :)

Memo to all staff, at all levels, who maintain the game worlds of Turbine/Warner Brothers:

As I proceed, let's all please leave our unkind words aside, and acknowledge that Turbine, and Warner Brothers, realize that they're working for customers and not mere players. That everyone can find something wrong with the game to complain about - many things of which that can be solved if only we would take the time to put in a /bug report so that those things could be addressed in due time.

For many of us who've played lotro throughout some years, we've become use to a never ending flow of dedicated personnel who've given us a masterful game to play, that just so happens to be one of the most stunning graphically. So much so that we customers are blessed enough to rarely see outages that separate us from Turbine/WB games when we have time to play throughout the day and/or night.

Yet again, amid unkind chatter, those who maintain lotro, so that we customers can log into the game pretty much 24/7/365 have shown us what dedication looks like in the midst of unforeseen consequences and outages.

Yes, we mere players are customers, but what some who involve themselves in unkind chatter don't seem to understand is that many Turbine (and maybe now Warner Brothers) employees are players of the games they maintain for their customers. As such, these dedicated people take what goes wrong within the game very personal, and it's shown throughout the years, if only seen by those of us who choose to believe that the way Turbine/WB staff have conducted themselves in the past has ultimately proven out in present day.

So yet again, thank you Turbine/WB staff for collecting yourselves from your days off to work hard for the benefit of your customers. For showing us that you, yet again, give us the benefit of the doubt by taking the time to confront all challenges within your employment that prevent your games from being played whenever your customers have time to log in.

Many of us who play your games, indeed, do appreciate all that you've done for us throughout the years.

As usual, you've done the right and correct thing, as you always do, and extended the Helm's Deep live date so that all players can hopefully gather themselves into lotro to prepare themselves, and spend their Bounder's Tokens, for the release of yet another expansion - Helm's Deep.

Now let's all hope, and pray, for less lag and disconnections this time. :) j/k, but no really. lol
