No technical support

I am on the West Coast, and have a Windows 7 64 bit system. I have been getting disconnected from this game almost 100 % of the time for months. At one point when I got disconnected I then could not play which ever character I had been playing. This you fixed. But after the fix, ctrl-alt-del would not shut the game down when disconnected, forcing me to restart my computer each time. I have checked my modem, done a clean boot, and submitted a ticket. I submitted a ticket 9/8/13 received 2 automated responses then nothing. Customer support said you have no technical support other than tickets.
I love this game and this community but I can't play like this.
