Heard the excuses, tired of them. Make us whole. I encourage others that are frustrated with the lack of connectivity on and off over the last several months to take actions that as consumers, are at our disposal. Contact the BBB, your state attorney general, etc. Let Warner Brothers Entertainment explain to government bodies how the internet has fundamentally changed recently and they cannot be help liable for failing to meet their service level agreements.
Simply saying "not our fault" is not enough. Since Turbine refuses to try and solve for the problem by either changing providers or patching their software to go around problematic network area's frankly I see no other response but to invoke my rights as a consumer.
I realize this post may invoke Sapience to publicly chastise me, and others in the community to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, how I should be thankful, etc. etc. etc. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, I'm stating mine.
Make us whole.
