It's my opinion that Turbine needs to re-think and re-structure their VIP accounts. Considering the terrible execution of patches and all the problems that they seem to be causing, the VIP accounts should receive priority customer service. Forget the extra mithril coins and other silly perks, put me in front of the line for a game that runs at higher than 10 fps and that I don't have to go to the core of my OS to get to run correctly and take me from the grasp of incompetent coders.
