Physical edtion of RoR?

I was just browsing Amazon when I came across the Riders of Rohan expansion there. As far as I know there was never a physical version of the expansion, at least not in the UK, but that's where they are being sold from. There's nothing to say whether these are the base/heroic/legendary editions, it simply says 'The Lord of the Rings Online: Riders of Rohan Expansion'.

Are these legit versions of the expansion? And if so where did they get them from? This is the link to the UK Amazon site where they're being sold.
