Two simple questions:

(a) Are there plans to address lag issues before/when/after Helm's Deep is released?
(b) Are there plans to address fluidity-of-combat issues before/when/after Helm's Deep is released?

Let's assume that problems with lag were never on my end, and that I have a very high-end rig, properly set up for gaming, and that I've parsed in detail all jumps between my modem and LotRO servers and have identified and considered or taken care of any problems. Let's also assume that both the lag issue and fluidity issue have been subject to in-depth comparisons to performances in many other MMO's over the last six years - and were known and often discussed on these forums, at least while I was playing.

Here's my honest agenda for asking: I was a closed beta player in 2007, and played LotRO until early 2011. I'm seriously thinking of coming back and, yes, resubscribing (VIP) - if that's still possible. I've just taken a three hour tour with my level 65 captain, including into Rohan - and I noticed old issues that seemingly haven't been addressed, including the above. I'd like to come back, but I'd also like to make an informed decision, and a search on the above yielded a lot of confused and contradictory commentary....
