Few Changes id like to see take place in LOTRO!

I have been playing LOTRO since 2010 when level cap was 65 and the same stuff back then is happening now which i thought would of changed over time.
One thing i would love to see change is the items that stack, why are some only allowed to stack to 50 when others like reputation items can stack to 100? Would it not make it alot simpler if any item that was stackable was able to stack to 100? This way if you go out doing a slayer deed you are not forced to carry around 4 stacks of 50 task items or vendor trash.
One other thing i would like to see changed, is when you do the Wildermoore people quests after defeating Narzum they give you some quests to go out and kill a War-band leader, well the problem is with that if you have the quest to go say kill Shaguk, you half to kill him to complete the quest then if you want the quest which is given in the wild to kill him for the chance to get a war-Band token you half to kill him a 2nd time, Why? Why can't you just kill Shaguk 1 time and get both completed at once which would make things alot easier, especially if the group you are in only wants to do 1 run, then you are forced to get into another group or ya outta luck!
