Would bringing Radiance Required Raids back be a good thing?

I was really looking over the forums and seeing how much people, who have played since SoA and such either have left, or are getting ready to leave the game because the end game is becoming so badly made it's almost insufferable. I'd have to agree with them even though there are many who still like the game for what it is, good for them.

My main point would be;

If they brought out a 3 Boss Tower Raid, like BG but in Rohan lets say, 3 hard bosses, Trash between each, not too hard but requiring some skill and teamwork to overcome, but even before that, a soft gearscore of Radiance, like BG, Watcher and DN when these raids were released I didnt have the radiance to join them, eventually I did, and It got me into loving End game raiding.

I didnt like Radiance, but I like how it was a small grind to say the least that let everyone have the chance to have a starting point to start the End Game raids, and then if you could or couldnt do the raids was down to something completely unrelated to gear, because almost everyone had the Same gear untill the Set from that Raid was acquired, and it was just hard enough so it could be completed through effort and teamwork, but It required everyone to do their part correctly.

The best thing about them was, the Radiance gear was just above the bar to be good enough to do the raids, but there was non-radiance gear, that was almost signifigantly better for those who just wanted to do 3/6 mans or solo content and could get the most out of it.

So I'm not sure how everyone feels about this but, I'm eager to know, as I just want to at least try to save this game's future content, even if it's so little as blowing on the embers of an old idea.

Locks on Raids should be Re-Implemented
Locks on Skirmish Loot should be lifted
Lootgear should not be Randomly assigned
Teal gear should not be BoE
