Is anyone else having trouble with Raid assist Target not displaying?

Just curious sent in ticket and still no response. Of all my alts only one after an update was messed up and his Raid Assist target does not appear...which is terrible for raiding. Often i must be the rat to avoid the problem.

Yes I have it checked and even reset all the defaults on the alt to bring it back....nothing has worked?

If anyone has or solved the problem let me know?
