I searched this but can't find any updated info.
I, like others, couldn't hand this in, as Cyneberg had phased to being outside the hall. So I still had the quest and the ring still existed on the map but not on the NPC. Now, after the patch, the ring is still there on the map yet the quest has disappeared from the log. Has anyone heard/found anything to explain this anomaly? I am unsure if I should /bug it if in fact there wasn't any follow-on quest on its completion, in which case it wouldn't really matter.
