Festival Item XP

I was so glad to see that the spring festival quests included Item XP for those lvl 51 and up.. gave me a new reason to participate in this years festival.
However except for the intro and teleport "Hey come check out the festival" quest NONE of the quest IXP has been given to my characters.. AM I the only one who is having this issue and has anyone figured out a way to get this item XP?

Also back to spring leaf festival tokens again huh..
What happend to unified generic festival tokens introduced with last years Yulefest??
