Fate/Power/Will - still messed

After several changes to fate/will/power I still consider the new system worse than the one before. Why is that?

- I (LM) have not used my power-pulling skill "Power of Knowledge" since the revamp of fate.
- I have just about 150 points of fate more than I used to have before the revamp - and I tried not to push my fate-stats before. I try not to do so neither today.
- Fully buffed I get over 15k of tactical mitigation which is almost 5k over my caster cap.
- Since fate's revamp I consider almost any "old" high end stat as mediocre or even useless. Meaning: Morale max > Vita, tactical mastery > will, crit > fate/agility and Power max: completely useless.
----------------

So what's wrong?

-> Since will no longer contributes to powermax there are no more power-tanks for group-play. That forces every class to sort their own ICPR up to a point where they can stand as long as they need or want. Power-sharing becomes an irrelevant little side-project for LMs, power pulling (power of knowledge) is no longer necessairy, since LMs just sort their own ICPR to keep their companions standing and to still do what they're supposed to (debuffing and stuff).
-> Since will now contributes to tactical mitigation Vitality becomes an absurd stat for tactical classes. They need only little to cap their tact. mitigation. After that it is way more interesting to push their maxmorale without vita. But there's a big lack of actual max-morale-items since most go with fate and vita.
-> Since power costs for all skills have been reduced, at least as an LM I hardly need any ICPR to keep myself full of power. I only have about 550 fate and I try not to get too much more of that stat.
-> One of the only stat that remains interesting to me is crit. But since fate and agility contribute too little towards that I have to go with pure crit-stats.

---> Ergo: Will, Vitality lost their importance in a caster-build, fate didn't really improve it. So by trying to improve one stat, it not only didn't happen to get better really, but also all the other stats that used to be important lost a lot of meaning.
--------------

So what do I suggest?

Well there's several ways to improve the situation.

-> Remove tact. mitigation off will and give it back its power-contribution. Bring back power-tanks to the game in order to keep the tactics of power-contributors alive. This will bring back vitality's importance on tact. mitigation and will's importance on power management as well as fate's importance on ICPR. The whole playing in groups will be a lot more interesting again.
-> If doing beforementioned: increase powercosts on skills for caster classes once again.
-> Increase the effect of fate on critical rating.
-> ooor: Remove fate completely and go back to the old system except with one stat less.
