Since Rohan I've been experiencing a bug with deeds that require you to collect dropped items (Plans of War, Ring-lore of Tham Mirdain, etc). In every case the deed is normally completed on a single run through the instance, usually long before the end, but I cannot complete them. The required items will stop spawning when I have all but one of them. I suspect the cause is that the game is somehow deciding I have X items needed for the deed and it's time to stop spawning them as drops, when I only have X-1.
This problem has occured on several alts, in more than one instance, most notably Carn Dum and Tham Mirdain, though it may be affecting others as well. Irritatingly, it's preventing me from completing the deed as well as the associated metadeeds, for a loss of TP, traits, and reputation. In the case of Tham Mirdain which only has 2 dropped items, I made 7 full runs through killing hundreds of mobs and looting them all without the 2nd page spawning, while normally both pages drop within the first few rooms of a single trip.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
