So its the 4th of the month and yet again none added. Is it still broken or did that free 3 or 4 days added to vip accounts affect the issue date for lifers who are due on the 1st of the month? So the issue date would now be 4th or 5th of the month and have to wait for the 7th before submitting a ticket?
