Couple of quick questions?

One....are the emotes broken...I tried doing some cheers in the fireworks area and they were not going off?

Two......do anniversary/festival events add a ton of RAM usage....I am usually around 70-80%.......with the events running I am up to over 90% at times......I don't mind either way if it's the game........I still like the events....I just wanna make sure it's not my comp.
