Not getting Shards anymore

I seem not to receive any Shards from deconstructing items at Relic-Master anymore - the amount (36) is still the same for several weeks already ... maybe even for two months, not really sure as I started to use legendary items just this year in February.

Is there anyone else facing the same or am I the only one? I usually get all the legendary items up to "max" level and deconstruct only then, so I feel it's a bit odd not to get any Shards from that...
