Update 10 - Instance Seal Counter and Tracker

Greetings....

Does anyone have a current Seals breakdown of what instances drop what? Generally Glinghant in Annuminas seems to drop 10 seals per challenge if done via the instance finder with a subset of GB and Annuminas instances queued up. That's the most seals I have seen drop in one instance.
