Hi... I haven't played in about a month, came back yesterday, downloaded new patch and then logged in but I couldn't find my main characters. I have two characters left on Level 1 and the other Level 2. I have three other characters all between L13 and L36 but they have disappeared. I checked on the forum page where you can see your characters, their gear what level they are and which server. The characters are all shown there. So I made sure I was going to the correct server and tried again but no luck. It is bewildering and I feel sure I am doing something wrong.
One other thing before I left a month ago I cancelled my VIP subscription. Surely this wouldn't result in losing my main three characters.
