huge security account issue

2 of my kin mates were leveling their alts today in eregion (Server : EU-Belegaer). they had 2 disconnects each. after the second disconnect they found out they were in a total unknown login window (char selection) of another account without entering username/password. they could rip off this unknown accounts without a problem (of course they did not).

so any plans to fix that issue soon? the possibility to log on to an totaly strange account without entering any login data is really not acceptable.

(another kin mate had the same issue 10 days ago and /bugged it)
